Frequently Asked Questions

Questions beforehand

Once you’ve paid at the cash register, you’ll have the option to store your personal belongings in lockers, which we provide free of charge. You’ll also have the opportunity to use the restroom. Next, you’ll be called over to put on your climbing harness. This is done under the supervision of our instructors, who will explain exactly how to put it on. The instructor will then check to make sure you’ve done it correctly. After that, you’ll receive a briefing on climbing, the different courses, and the equipment you’ll need for specific activities. After the briefing, you’ll spend a few minutes on our “practice course” and then head to the starting point of the courses. There, you’ll connect to our Exploglider system, which keeps you continuously secured. Now the climbing and zip-lining can begin! You have 2 hours to climb.

The ExpoGlider system is a safety system where the lifeline is hooked up from the very first point you go up. During the course it is attached to the steel cable above the elements. Only at the end of the course can it be disconnected again. As a result, you are continuously secured during the climbing activity and only need to maneuver the ExpoGlider through the turns. There is no disconnection and reconnection during climbing, like the authentic system.

We use the Exploglider system. This ensures you are continuously belayed while climbing. We are also TÜV-certified, and our instructors have completed a mandatory multi-day training course that is repeated every year.

A block takes 2.5 hours including instruction. The instruction including putting on materials takes about half an hour. So you have at least 2 hours to climb.

No, you get to choose the course you want to start with after the instructions. You have 2 hours and the opportunity to do multiple courses.

Should you still decide not to climb, you will not receive a refund of your entry fee. If you are halfway up the course and are not sure how to proceed, our experienced instructors will give tips and help you as best they can.
